Shoe last full size run request form

All RS4F shoe lasts are available for purchase in a full size run so that factories and manufacturers can make all sizes of their shoes. Complete the form below to submit a request to purchase a full size run. 

Please include specific details including:

-What style of lasts you are looking for

-How many of each size last you would like

-Any additional details that can be provided

Please bear in mind that our full size runs are sold with a minimum of twelve (12) pairs of lasts.

After the form is submitted, a representative from RS4F will respond with a quote via phone or email within 24-48 hours.
