Return Policy for Recycled plastic shoe last Collection
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. Our last collection can be purchased as follows: by the pair, by one or more size runs (1 size run is 12 pairs) and or production customized orders.
Shoe last by the pair:
We make every effort to have our site pictures of varies side views and a color picture(s) of what the final product will look. Note that this final product only applied to the type of materials that are shown in the final picture. Since everyone will not be using the same exact materials chemicals or same footwear tools for making their shoes; we reserve the right to not accept returns based on final results of, shape of the shoe, toe character, or the likes.
By
purchasing a pair of any of our existing last collection, you agree use them
for recreational or educational purposes and are responsible for the final
“look” and result that you or your students obtained. If after receiving your product, you are not
satisfied, below is a list of conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
– can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online
Return Form available on the www.rs4f.com
Site within twenty (20) days of delivery; by completing and
submitting our online return form you will receive your Return Number, which
you must include on your return shipping label;
– must be unused, free of chemicals, marks or scratches, in other words, in the
same condition in which it was received by you;
– must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
– must be sent in its original packaging;
– must be shipped back to our fulfillment facility within twenty (20)
days of the date of delivery;
– must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order
must be returned to us at the same time; and
– must be shipped from the United States.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the
returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. If
you send the package with UPS, return shipping costs charged to the customer
will correspond to $6.00. If you prefer you can send the return at your
expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for
returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided,
however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of
being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be
shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was
received by Provider’s fulfillment facility..
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day
period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose
of such merchandise as it sees fit.
SALES OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN LASTS ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE
ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE
NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.
Return Policy for Vegetable Leathers by the pound
We offer wholesale vegetable leathers to the footwear and handbag industry. In order to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s) on this Site; We, first provide you with various sample swatches, of the Vegetable leathers that your company or institution desires to order, before your order is completed. If this is a custom order, we will need 7 to 10 business days to place a request of your order and then mail it back to you for approval. You will receive a “confirmation form” along with the sample pieces, and you or an authorized person will need to sign and email or text back, before your order is placed in our production line. If you are delayed with emailing or texting back your signed confirmation form, we are not responsible if your production line is off schedule. We will make every effort to fulfill your order as requested by your office and could work with you or your staff to make sure your order leaves our tannery on time. Once your order leaves our tannery, you are solely responsible for merchandise.
Return Policy for Shoe Repair soles
WE TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS OF FULL SOLE, HALF SOLES, AND HEEL. BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED FROM OUR FULFILLMENT FACILITY, WE WILL SEND YOU CONFIRMATION SAMPLES, FOR YOUR APPROVAL, BEFORE THE FINAL ORDER IS CUT AND SHIPPED TO YOU, YOUR AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY, THICKNESS, COLOR, OF THE SAMPLE, WE WILL NEED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM YOUR BUYING OFFICE OR YOU OR YOU COULD SHIP BACK A SET OF SIGNED PIECES FOR BOTH OF OUR RECORDS.
ONCE YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH OUR CONFIRMATION SAMPLES, AND YOUR ORDER IS PAID; SALES OF FULL SOLES, HALF SOLES HEEL SOLES ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE. Cancellation Policy for Workshops / Group Projects and private classes
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY WORKSHOPS, GROUP PROJECTS OR PRIVATE LESSONS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE. YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO CHANGE THE DATE, CLASS OR WORKSHOP FOR ONE OF THE SAME COST. AFTER, THE 24 HOUR “GRACE PERIOD”, WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO REFUND YOU UP TO 50% OF YOUR PAYMENT IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE WITH JUSTIFIABLE REASONS TO GET A REFUND. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SUCH REQUESTS.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY WORKSHOPS, CLASSES OR BOOKING OF FINAL PROJECTS FOR YOUR SCHOOL OF CLASSROOM. WE DO OFFER A FLEXIBLE RE-SCHEDULING TIME TABLE, UP TO 1 YEAR. YOU COULD RESCHEDULE THE SAME CLASS OR A CLASS OF THE SAME COST OR DIVIDE THE COST WITHIN TWO OTHER CLASSES. WE OFFER NO REFUND DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Identification tag
All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Our leathers and shoe repair packages come with these seals. Our shoe Lasts have a sticker under the bottom of the sole. Please do not remove, since we do not accept returns once the merchandise and its disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. If you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.
Please do not apply any chemicals, or marks to our last, or allow stains on our vegetable leathers.
The workshops, on the other hand, are assigned a confirmation number, once purchase is final, we allow you a “24 hours grace period”, to change the date or assign payment to a different workshop or classes that shall total of the same amount you paid during checkout (including taxes),
USPS
Your return can be sent to us by USPS, using
the pre-printed label which you can find within the original shipment. If you
send the package with USPS, return shipping costs charged to the customer will
correspond to $6.00. Please visit https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm find the USPS drop-off location nearest to you. If you prefer you can
send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We are not
responsible for any loss or damage to products if you ship your return without
using USPS.
